Embracing A New Stage: Selling Shasta

Over the years as a Senior Real Estate Specialist (SRES), I've learned that the conversations involved are tough—for the owner, the family, and even for me as the realtor. Embracing new stages of life and the changes that come with them are rarely carefree and often come with uncertainties. Reassuring clients and their families during these transitions is the main reason I began my journey as an SRES. Helping navigate through questions, providing resources for the move, and managing the sale of their home in a way that offers comfort and reduces overwhelm has always been deeply rewarding.

We met Marcia through a referral, and after talking for over three hours, she felt reassured. The weight on her shoulders lightened because she could rely on me and our team to handle prepping, listing, and selling her home. This allowed her to focus on moving to her next home and taking care of her husband. These stories and relationships are why we do what we do.

If you're thinking about selling your home or have questions about the next steps, I would love the opportunity to sit and talk with you. Vicki Gile 503.539.5944 [email protected]
